Technology keeps growing by the day thanks to the many creative and innovative minds all over the globe. There are so many Apps that are created by the day and depending on how useful it is to the user, there will be enough downloads to make it even more popular in the rest of the world.
Someone went and created an App that helps you receive calls even if your network is off and the best part about this app is that it works on both Apple and Android powered devices.
The Orange owned App also can work on other networks too so long as the service has been activated in this country; the catch here is that you need to be connected to a WiFi network for it to work. Now, for some of us in a country that has issues with availability of public WiFi that would be a very useless App just taking space on your phone and sometimes chewing up your data bundles but if you live in a place like Dar Es salaam where almost every restaurant and hung out has free WiFi download it.
If you do not want to pick calls or ignore people, you can send it to voicemail (do we have that voicemail option our networks in this our beloved country?) so that you can get back to them later.
This app started as a voice mail service but later got upgraded, you can also use it for IMs and voice calls.

Libon is so far available in 100 countries right now but will be fully available this month to the rest starting from Italy, it is available in Uganda as we write this, hopefully the service is available too.
To those who cannot afford to miss calls, we hope this comes as good news to you.
